3 large eggs ⅓ cup vegetable oil 1 (16 ounce) container prepared chocolate frosting 1 (3 ounce) bar chocolate flavored confectioners coating
Directions Turn the oven on to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius). Apply cooking spray to a 9 x 13-inch baking dish to grease it. Use waxed paper to line a baking sheet.
In a large bowl, beat cake mix, water, eggs, and oil on low speed for about 30 seconds, just until moistened. Beat for two minutes at a medium tempo. Fill the prepared baking dish with batter.
Bake for 26 to 31 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, in a preheated oven. Allow to cool down sufficiently to handle.
Place the warmed cake crumbles into a spacious bowl and thoroughly mix in the frosting. Shape the chocolate cake mixture into balls using a melon baller or small scoop
then transfer them to the baking tray that has been preheated. Put the cake balls in the freezer for about 15 minutes, or until they are cooled.
Melt chocolate coating in a metal basin set over hot water or in a glass bowl in the microwave, stirring from time to time until smooth. Using a toothpick or fork to hold them in place, dip cake balls into melted chocolate. To set, go back to the tray.
