Cut the cucumber, celery, and kale into bite-sized pieces. Since they will be combined, it is not necessary for them to be uniform in size.
Leave the skins on the cucumbers. You don't have to peel the cucumber unless you really don't like eating the skin. Just cut off the two ends.
