Drumstick Pie 

For the crust: – 1 ½ cups crushed chocolate wafer cookies or graham cracker – 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted – ¼ cup granulated sugar

For the filling: – 1 quart (4 cups) vanilla ice cream, softened – ½ cup chocolate syrup – ½ cup caramel sauce – 1 cup chopped peanuts or pecan

For the topping: – Whipped cream – Chocolate shavings or crushed nuts for garnish

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).  Prepare the Crust: In a bowl, mix together the crushed chocolate wafer cookies or graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish. 

Bake the Crust: Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until set. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.  Prepare the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened vanilla ice cream, chocolate syrup, caramel sauce, and chopped peanuts or pecans. Mix until well combined. 

Assemble the Pie: Pour the ice cream mixture into the cooled pie crust, spreading it out evenly with a spatula.  Freeze the Pie: Place the pie in the freezer and freeze until firm, at least 4 hours or overnight. 

Serve: Once the pie is frozen, remove it from the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften slightly before slicing. Serve slices of the pie with whipped cream and garnish with chocolate shavings or crushed nuts.
