Ingredients
½ cup white sugar
½ cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
½ cup light corn syrup
3 large eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons bourbon
2 cups pecan halves
1 (9 inch) unbaked deep-dish pie crust
Directions
After gathering all of your materials, preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius, or 375 degrees F.
In a bowl, combine butter, brown sugar, and white sugar.
Stir in eggs, bourbon, and corn syrup; toss in pecans.
Bake for ten minutes in a preheated oven. After lowering the heat to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius), bake the pie for a further 25 to 30 minutes, or until it is set.
Take them out of the oven and set them on a wire rack. Let cool fully before arranging to serve.
