Keto Pie Crust

Mix Dry Ingredients: Combine almond flour, coconut flour, and salt in a bowl.

Cut in Butter: Add cold butter cubes and blend until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Add Egg: Mix in one large egg until dough forms. Add cold water if needed.

Form Dough: Shape dough into a disk, wrap in plastic, and chill for 30 minutes.

Roll Out: Roll dough between parchment paper into a circle larger than your pie dish.

Transfer to Dish: Peel off parchment, flip into dish, and press gently.

Trim and Crimp: Trim excess dough and crimp edges with fingers or fork.

Bake: Prick bottom with fork, then bake at 350°F for 10-12 mins until lightly golden.

Cool and Fill: Let crust cool before adding keto-friendly filling. Enjoy your low-carb creation!
