One Bowl Chocolate Cake

Ingredients 2 cups white sugar 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder 1 ½ teaspoons baking soda

1 teaspoon salt 2 large eggs 1 cup milk ½ cup vegetable oil 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1 cup boiling water

Turn the oven on to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius). Grease two 9-inch round baking pans and dust with flour.

In a large bowl, stir together sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Add the eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla; use an electric mixer set to medium speed for two minutes.

Add the boiling water and stir. There will be little batter. Evenly transfer into the ready pans.

Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, in a preheated oven. After 10 minutes of cooling in the pans, move them to a wire rack to finish cooling.
