Root Beer Float Pie

Ingredients 1 carton (8 ounces) frozen reduced-fat whipped topping, thawed, divided 3/4 cup cold diet root beer

1/2 cup fat-free milk 1 package (1 ounce) sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix 1 graham cracker crust (9 inches) Maraschino cherries, optional

Directions Set aside and chill For garnish, use 1/2 cup of whipped topping. Mix the pudding mix, milk, and root beer in a big bowl and whisk for two minutes.  

Add half of the whipped topping and fold in. Spoon into the crust of graham crackers.

Cover pie with remaining whipped topping. Freeze for eight hours or longer.

Over each plate, dollop of the reserved whipped topping. Garnish each serving with a maraschino cherry, if you'd like.
